Job Title

Taekwondo School Administrator

Location:

KTMA Academy (Novena)

Salary:

$2,500 (Negotiable, based on experience)

Operating Hours:

Monday to Friday: 4 PM to 8 PM (Offday on Monday)

Saturday/Sunday: 9 AM to 6 PM


We are seeking a dedicated Taekwondo School Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our academy. The ideal candidate will manage a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of our school.

Responsibilities:

Manage student onboarding, off boarding, and attendance

Handle customer service inquiries

Ensure the maintenance of school cleanliness.

Oversee payment collections for services like training fees, grading, private lessons, and competitions.

Coordinate the Grading Belt Promotion & Competition Process

Arrange and track private lessons, managing schedules

Handle daily accounting tasks, inventory management, and order processing.

Develop and implement marketing strategies, including social media content production.

Plan and coordinate holiday programs

Conduct data analysis on student metrics and school performance.


Requirements:

Prior experience in managing a Taekwondo school is highly preferred.

Strong organisational and leadership skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
