We are looking for a fast-paced, dynamic and independent PERSONAL ASSISTANT to assist the Financial Services Director with the following tasks:
- Customer Servicing and follow-ups.
- Policies submissions.
- Negotiating and liaising with underwriters to get the case approved.
- Handling clients' Claims.
- Preparing policies summary.
- All the paperwork that are tagged to the above.
- Any other tasks as required by the Financial Services Director.
You will be the right-hand person of this Financial Services Director.
