I.M. Ambulance Services Pte Ltd – Medical Assistant

As a Medical Assistant (Medic), the nature of the job is to:

1) Deal with the transfer of patients to and from home, hospitals, nursing homes as well as dialysis centres.

2) Deal with non-emergency cases which require transfer of patients to the hospital’s emergency department.

3) To provide patients with basic first aid, CPR or the use of AED if required.

4) To be compassionate and service oriented as we are dealing mostly with the elderly or disabled.

5) To work alongside with your Medical Transport Operator for the duties mentioned above.

Working hours:
1) Monday to Friday – 0800hrs to 1800hrs and Saturday or Sunday (morning or afternoon or evening shift).
2) On call (overtime) duties required
3) Will need to work during public holidays if needed.

Salary:
1) Attractive salary + incentive package with CPF contribution.
2) Separate benefits for on call duties.

Certifications required:
1) Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
2) Standard First Aid
3) CPR & AED
4) Emergency Medical Technician.

Note: Above mentioned certifications are preferable. However, we do support and send non-experienced individuals for the above-mentioned courses. They must be motivated and willing to learn.
