i-PRO APAC Pte. Ltd – Supply Chain Intern

Responsibilities:

1. Processing of Sales order and Purchase order in SAP Hana system 
2. Close follow-up with supplier/ factory on the shipment status and update customer timely. 
3. Coordination with freight forwarder and manage full spectrum of shipping documentation, invoice, packing list for local, export customers
4. Uploading Serial numbers for 3rd party Suppliers and factory in China and Japan.
5. Assisting in repacking of cartons and arrangement of goods from storeroom to customers when required
6.  Monthly Stock take in Singapore’s office including reconciliation 
7. Backup Support for Asia and Oceania region for drop shipment customers
8.  Any ad hoc duties will be assigned time to time. 

Requirements:

• Minimum a Polytechnics Diploma is required, preferably in supply chain/logistic operations 
• Hands-on experience in using ERP (SAP – MM/SD modules) experience is required 
• Able to communicate in Mandarin in order to liaise with factory and supplier located in China 
• Able to work independently and within deadline 
• Strong follow-up skills, meticulous and detailed oriented preferred 
• Strong customer service
• Able to commit from Mondays to Fridays
