JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Answer incoming telephone and email inquiries from prospective and existing members/users
2. Helps resolve complicated members/users complaints
3. Assist members/users with billing inquiries and payments
4. Provide technical support including help with new installations / app download
5. Check account status for members/users
6. Answer product questions/Make product recommendations
7. Inform members/users of current promotions or special sales
8. Communicates any problems or issues to management for resolution
REQUIREMENTS
1. No work experience required
2. Effectively Bilingual in both English and Chinese
3. Comfortable with start-up environment
4. Organized, meticulous and resourceful
5. Excellent Customer Service skills
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond in a timely manner to request
7. Ability to communicate at all levels with internal/external clients by phone and email
8. Flexible schedule - weekdays; ability to work on Saturdays is a plus
9. Salary – SGD 500 to SGD 800
