About the role

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with big (and possibly complex) data sets to derive useful business insights. You will be responsible for recommending suitable analysis, conducting data audits, performing Excel analysis, developing visualization and reporting capabilities for our internal and external audiences. Systems that you will need to work with include Eloqua, Salesforce and Tableau.
Key responsibilities:
- Acquire/Mine data from primary or secondary data sources to build visualizations
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Good with data and an eye for detail
- Be able to communicate with business users to understand business problems and provide suitable solutions
- Understand the life cycle of Data Analysis
- Analyze and interpret results using standard statistical tools and techniques
- Pinpoint trends, correlations and patterns in complicated data sets
- Identify new opportunities for process improvement
- Provide concise data reports and clear data visualizations
Skills & Requirements
- Keen interest in deriving insights from data
- Good with Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) – Intermediate/ Advanced Excel knowledge preferred
- Detail oriented
- Independent worker and ability to deliver within tight timelines
- Good command of English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
