We are a social enterprise established since 2010 providing blended training in Eldercare and Baby/Infant Care
We adopt a unique form of blended / online learning so as to allow participants to learn in a less-threatening environment, and thus coming to us feeling more confident in the practical session and assessment.
Since 2014, we have been appointed as an Approved Training Provider by Agency For Integrated Care (AIC) to offer skills-based eldercare training for Caregivers and Foreign Domestic Helpers.
As we continue to develop, we also offer online e-learning for those who chooses to self learn on topics on Eldercare and Baby/Infant Care.
Job Description
The successful intern is required to possess basic business development qualities; one with initiative, self-motivated, cold-call capabilities etc). An interest in meeting clients and sales will be an added advantage.
Possibility of contract to permanent placement if the intern is found to fulfill the requirements of the company.
The basic qualities required includes:
- able to commit to working on Sunday's (rotational)
- ability to articulate with clients
- team player
- one with initiative and ability to "think-out-of-the-box"
- resourceful in research
- knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- ability to manage, create and support various social networks (FB, Twitter etc)
- knowledge in creating and disseminating Electronic Direct Mailer (EDM) will be preferred.
Incentive / Commission will be paid on top of the basic pay for successful closure of cases
