Job Description
  • Provide HR support to client groups in the areas of talent acquisition, HR transactions, employee relations, and special HR projects.
  • Assist to shortlist and coordinate interviews; and ensure completion of pre-employment requirements.
  • Assist in the coordination of pre-onboarding of new hires and ensuring personal details are updated into share drive. Data entries into HRIS and ensure all onboarding items are checked off.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
  • Participate and contribute to HR projects – Electronic personal files; HR policies; and HR metrics/reports.
  • There may be additional HR projects assigned.
