Job Description

We seek a Training Administrator (3-month contract) to support Wave 3 of Project Horizon. In the role, you will organize and maintain training schedules, manage participant communications, and report end-user training attendance and certification for Wave 3 of Project Horizon. 

Main Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate event logistics, including booking meeting rooms, arranging lunches, coordinating participants, and preparing materials. Track attendance and progress and generate training program reports.

Requirements 

  • Minimum Higher Nitec or Diploma in Business Administration or with 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with trainers and participants. 
  • Resourceful, collaborative, independent, and able to make quick decisions.
  • Able to commit to 3 months contract.
