Job Description
Our team is currently in search for Events Executive (Internship) to assist in our projects and deliver.
*Candidates with no experience may apply.
Jobscope
- Support the managers to develop concepts and coordinate events
- Assist in sourcing of quotations and submit proposals in a timely manner
- Play an active role in providing creative ideas
- Participate in meetings as and when required for specific projects
- Follow through the projects from the beginning to the end
- Take on any tasks/duties assigned
Job Requirements
- Creative individual
- With discipline to work on time and submit proposals in a timely manner
- Excellent time management with a proven ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Able to participate meetings with team as and when required
- Office hours as such, Mondays to Fridays, 10:00 - 19:00
