Job Description
- Be part of the project team to support successful system enhancement, which is an important business milestone, through understanding the data and process.
- Standardization to optimize business operations.
- Assist in coordination and administration of UAT testing & pre-go live.
- Support IM executive in daily admin support to achieve revenue recognition, with the introduction to current models & processes.
- Document all transaction for accountability and audit purposes.
- Follow up with stakeholders on assigned tasks/follow-up action.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to use statistics to conceptualize solution models
- Takes initiatives to gain in-depth understanding of business and operational needs
- Project management experience, intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (Preferred)
