Job Description

ielo design in Singapore is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to assist the Strategy Director in managing retail and communication projects, build the prospection plan and tools. The successful candidate must be an approachable team player and be open-minded, interested in the design world

He/she will work along with big retailers/FMCG and F&B brands on creative and innovative solutions in the store environment. Candidates should be able to efficiently and creatively contribute to an ambitious growth agenda.

Skills

  • Managing and delivering day-to-day operational requirements of Clients on all projects related details
  • Proposing proactive update on trends by analyzing retail environment through audit, benchmarks, participation to conferences…
  • Assisting the creative team by synthesizing useful insights from different sources in consolidated presentations
  • Participating in the design thinking approach and in the creation of inspirational design presentation to translate our work
  • Owns the briefing process with the ability to write and support to the Client, Creative Studio
  • Managing development, negotiation, evaluation and recommendation of creative proposals
  • Creating and maintaining project schedules to proactively identify risks and track milestones
  • Ensure maintenance of agreements and organise documentation at all times
  • Does regular competitive evaluation to better organisational capability and performance
  • Foster great working relationships internally and externally

Position requirements


  • Having a ‘can-do’ attitude, dynamic, creative, curious, self-starter, initiative driven
  • Analysis & synthesis skills
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal
  • Able to travel if necessary
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
