Job Description

As an HR Intern, you will support the Human Resources department in various administrative and operational tasks. This internship will provide you with practical experience and insights into HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Support:
    • Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and company website.
    • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Conduct initial phone screenings and assist in the interview process.
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
    • Assist in addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
  3. Training and Development:
    • Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
    • Assist in creating and updating training records.
    • Track employee training and development progress.
  4. General Administrative Support:
    • Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.
    • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
  • Able to commit for at least 6 months.
