Job Description
We are currently looking for a Recruitment Assistant to support us with our growing work across Singapore and the region. This is a fantastic opportunity which will give you exposure to the world of HR & Recruitment, but in a very varied and interesting role!
The main responsbilities of the role will include:
- Data entry and supporting with CRM database
- Digital marketing and helping to raise the profile of the business, including social media efforts
- Helping the company set up operations and streamline processes
- General administration duties
The skills/person we're looking for:
- Highly organised and efficient
- Strong interest in social media and digital marketing (skills in web development would be a bonus)
- Top skills in excel (ability to build macros would be a bonus)
- Business savvy
- Lots of ideas to contribute but also happy to work on repetititve tasks
Above all, we're looking for someone who is proactive, fun, flexible, down to earth, focused and a little bit ambitious!
You must be flexible in your working location, but will include central/CBD and option to work from home.
