Job Description

The intern gets to learn of the following roles:

HR Business Partnering

  1. HR Operations - Understand HR policies and processes, assist in staff queries and work with relevant departments to ensure all staff data is accurate and updated
  2. Off Boarding – To assist in exit interview and ensure smooth clearance
  3. Projects - Involve in projects on ad hoc basis. Projects may include External job fairs, JCI audit, Orientations and coordinating of events such as Employee Engagement Programs

 HR Tech and L&OD

  1. Assist in HR Tech Transformation initiatives 
  2. Academic Sponsorship (Nursing)
  3. Student Sponsorship (Radiology, Pharmacy)
  4. Assist in system implementation
  5. Assist in Quality Work-Life projects
