JOB DUTIES
- Create attention-grabbing texts for brochures and banners.
- Brainstorm creative copy for new product launches.
- Manage and maintain product category dossiers.
- Proof and fact-check copy for brand voice, style, quality and accuracy of the information presented.
- Assist in the planning, coordinating and launching of website content.
- Conceptualize and prepare promotional material for events.
- Apply SEO principles to maximize reach to our target audience.
- Collaborate with designers to create appealing graphics that complement the text.
- Edit & proof-read copy for press releases.
- Produce effective and appealing content for social media platforms.
- Create, facilitate, manage and monitor conversations between brands & consumers.
- Manage community on several social media channels.
- Create and track social media reports.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Familiarity with key social media tools (eg. Instagram, Facebook)
- Attentive to detail, a stickler for accuracy and grammar, with a knack for copywriting
- Basic keyword search knowledge
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (WordPress)
- Knowledge of content marketing and analytics would be advantageous
- Ability to work under a tight timeline in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills and meticulous in work assigned
- Keen sense of beauty and a passion for the beauty industry
- Team player with a positive learning attitude
- A portfolio that features lots of compelling digital content plus strong conceptualization and a passion for language.
