Beauty Social Media Content Creator ($5000 Sign-on Bonus + 1 Year Part-time Study Sponsorship)

As a Beauty Social Media Content Creator, you will be at the forefront of our online marketing efforts, creating engaging and visually appealing content to promote our diverse range of skincare products. Your role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, engagement, and achieving our sales targets across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, create, and curate engaging video content for Instagram, Tiktok, Lemon8, XiaoHongShu & Facebook

• Source and collaborate with influencers and KOLs to expand brand reach and credibility

• Source and collaborate with Tiktok & Facebook live sellers to achieve the monthly sales target

• Host our own regular Tiktok live and Facebook live sessions to share skincare and beauty tips

• Assist our beauty coaches to host offline events for our customers

• Learn from our beauty coaches on latest beauty techniques and trends

• Source and collaborate with corporates and companies to host beauty events for their employees

• Performing different duties if needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Singaporean/PR to be eligible for $5000 sign-on bonus from the government work-study programme

• Polytechnic graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related fields (Recently graduated not more than 3 years is eligible for the $5000 sign-on bonus)

• Proven experience as a content creator, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry

• Excellent communication, storytelling and writing skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Video editing skills using Capcut or other video editing tools

• Graphic design skills using Photoshop or Canva

• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese to post content on XiaoHongShu
