Job Summary:
The Commis shall prep all food ingredients, be able to cook all dishes on the menu, and ensure the food prepared is consistent and of superior quantity.
You can learn a wide range of expertise and knowledge including knife skills, seafood preparation techniques, and dashi and sushi making.
Requirements:
Those who enjoy Japanese cuisine and wanted to master a new skill and upgrade their career to another level. You must have some kitchen experience. A mindset of someone being willing to learn and continuously improve. Ability to skillfully multitask and attention to detail. He or she has good time management and the ability to work well as part of a team and on individual tasks.
Remuneration:
The gross salary is from $2400 to $2700. Yearly increment. Year-end Variable bonus, tips sharing, Uniform and meal provided, Employee Referral Rewards, long service award, staff discount, statutory leaves, medical outpatient, insurance coverage for hospitalization, and more.
Working Hour:
5.5 days per week. From 1030h to 2200h (Break time from 1500h to 1700h)
