Iki Concepts is a food and beverage company which owns and operates 4 brands in Singapore:
- YOSHI Restaurant, a kappo style kaiseki restaurant
- The Horse’s Mouth, an underground bar featuring tasty tipples and bites.
- Uma Uma Ramen, a Hakata style fast-casual ramen restaurant
- Nozomi by YOSHI, a newly opened casual Japanese Restaurant
We are looking for a motivated part-time F&B Guest Service Executive to join our team. To excel in this position, you need a high level of customer service skills and a willingness to meet guests' needs quickly and politely.
Descriptions:
1. Greet guests and assist in seating them within the establishment
2. Introduction of our menus and products, with recommendations being made if requested
3. Assist with service of both food and beverage, from delivery of initial orders to clearing of plates and glassware and refreshing of table for the next group of guest arrivals.
4. Assist with cashiering duties and collection of payments from customers
5. Ensure that safe distancing measures and hygiene standards are strictly adhere to the requirements.
Requirements:
- Only Singaporean can apply.
- Min. 6 months of relevant experience
- Min. GCE 'N' Level
- Excellent customer service and hospitality skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant with a positive and approachable attitude
- Dedication to on-time arrival for shifts
- Able to commit 3 or more days per week at 8 hours per day (excluding 2 hours break, meal will be provided) including one Saturday or Sunday.
