Iki Concepts is a food and beverage company which owns and operates 4 brands in Singapore:
• Yoshi Restaurant, a kappo style kaiseki restaurant
• The Horse’s Mouth, an underground bar featuring tasty tipples and bites
• Uma Uma Ramen, a Hakata style fast-casual ramen restaurant
• Nozomi, a newly opened casual Japanese restaurant
F&B Captain will be manging, control and ensure the smooth running of daily operations in line with the Company's business objectives. She /He has to ensure customers' satisfaction at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide high standards of service and create amazing dining experiences for our dining guests
- Prepare the restaurant for service - table settings, top-up of condiments and other preparatory tasks
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner
- Be well-versed in the restaurant’s menu
- Assist guests with the menu and provide recommendations
- Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests
- Be able to anticipate guest’s needs and preferences and render timely service
- Check with customers to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take appropriate action to correct any issues
- Clear and clean tables after guests have finished dining
- Carry out daily general cleaning duties.
- Organize and ensure dining space is clean and tidy in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Handle all restaurant telephone enquiries
- Any other duties as assigned by Outlet Manager
Job Requirements:
- Basic F&B service experience preferred
- Training will be provided
- Able to conversant in English (oral & written)
- Can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Friendly and courteous
