Job Description

F&B Supervisor

We seek a highly motivated and experienced F&B Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

 

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, your responsibilities are as follows: -

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate a team of members.
  • Monitor members’ performance and provide feedback.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Manage inventory, control costs, and maximize profitability.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of service areas.
  • Prepare reports on sales and operational performance.
  • Ensure accurate billing and cash handling procedures.
  • Implement strategies to improve service quality and profitability.
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
  • Collaborate with management to achieve business goals.


Requirements:

  • Confidence, excellent customer service, and hospitality skills

Locations available:

The Star Vista (next to Buona Vista Station)

Full-timer Break time: 2 hours (weekdays) and 1.5 hours (Sat, Sun & PH)

Part-timer Break time: 2 hours (all days)

Millenia Walk (no split shift) (above Promenade Station)

Full-timer Break time: 1.5 hours (all days)

Part-timer Break time: 1 hour (all days)

 

Working Arrangement:

  • 5 days work week
  • Between 10.30 am and 9.00 pm/9.30 pm/10.00 pm
  • Meal provided
