Helmed by Jack Lau, Sake Sommelier, and Jing Chen, former sous chef of restaurant Yoshi who was previously from renowned yakitori restaurant Torisho Taka
Provide excellent service and create amazing dining experiences for all our dining guests.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide high standards of service and create amazing dining experiences for our dining guests
- Prepare the restaurant for service - table settings, top-up of condiments, and other preparatory tasks
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner
- Be well-versed in the restaurant’s menu
- Assist guests with the menu and provide recommendations
- Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests
- Be able to anticipate guest’s needs and preferences and render timely service
- Check with customers to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take appropriate action to correct any issues
- Clear and clean tables after guests have finished dining
- Carry out daily general cleaning duties which include, but are not limited to, sweeping, and mopping of floors, tidying up of service stations, washing, and cleaning of serve ware.
- Organise and ensure the dining space is clean and tidy in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Handle all restaurant telephone enquiries
- All other administrative duties in the restaurant
- Foster and promote a cooperative working environment, maximizing productivity and team morale.
- Cooperate with management in the execution of marketing initiatives, events, and other activations
- Undertake additional duties and responsibilities of work outside the normal daily/weekly routine but within the overall scope of the position.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager
Full-time Working Hours:
- Permanent Monday OFF
- Tuesday to Sunday: 2pm to 10.30pm / 11.30pm
- If there is an event on Saturday or Sunday, the working hour starts from 11am.
Salary Package:
We offer competitive compensation (commensurate with experience and position) and benefits packages for permanent full-time employment.
Part-time positions for Service and Kitchen Crews are available. Hourly rate from $10/- onwards.
