This is an exciting time to join the IKI Concepts family: Less than a year ago, we opened our newest concept—NOZOMI (Japanese for ‘HOPE’). This May, we are expanding on to our 3rd outlet.
As we expand our doors, positions are open across all levels: Cook, Junior Chef de-Partie and Chef de-Partie
We import fresh ingredients on a weekly basis. As a member of our kitchen team, you will learn the meticulous craft put into the art of Japanese cuisine.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the exceptional quality and consistency of our dishes is maintained 100% of the time
- Assist with Mise en Place and kitchen preparation
- Assist to ensure that equipment and appliances are sanitized and ready for use
- Ensure those ingredients and handled and stored with strict adherence to Food Safety and Hygiene standards
- Work closely with the front of house service team re customer feedback
- Support the execution of in-resto special events
Job Qualifications:
- Previous professional kitchen experience
- Someone who is passionate, positive, eager to learn, and approachable
- Physically able to stand and move around during operational hours
- Able to work on weekends or/& PH (on a rotational basis)

Salary Package:
We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages based on experience and position (Gross salary up to $3,000)
