Iki Concepts Pte Ltd – Service Supervisor

We are looking for a motivated Service Supervisor to join our team. To excel in this position, you need a high level of customer service skills and a willingness to meet guests' needs quickly and politely.

Responsibilities:
- Guide the guests to their tables, presenting menus, answering questions, offering suggestions, and eventually take down their chosen orders.
- Memorize food and beverages menu for on-demand recitation.
- Up-sell food and beverages as appropriate for individual guests and parties.
- Responsible for bringing orders from the kitchen to customers, keeping beverages filled, following up with tables to see if their needs are still met and clearing plates as they are finished.
- Prepare checks, collect payments from the guests and check with the guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct if there is any problem.
- Ensure cash management protocols are adhered to at all times and balances are correct.
- Work closely with the kitchen team on food feedback and improvement.
- Ensure that the restaurant maintains a fine dining atmosphere and proper standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Ensure all equipment is kept in perfect working condition and report any deficiencies.
- Any other duties assigned by the Outlet Manager.

1. Millenia Walk, 9 Raffles Boulevard,
2. Forum the Shopping Mall, Orchard Road, and
3. The Star Vista, Buona Vista (opening in May)

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience and position.
Working days: 5.5 Days per week
