Job Description
- Perform medi facial treatments, slimming, and firming maintenance treatments.
- Capable to use & apply aesthetic treatment machines
- Attend to client's needs and provide professional advice on pre and post-treatment care
- Ensure cleanliness of treatment room, thorough sterilization of equipment, and proper disposal of consumables
- Assist in scheduling and following up on clients’ appointments
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the medical spa industry.
- CIDESCO, ITEC, CIBTAC, or other beauty-related qualifications
- Service-oriented and customer-focused
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Able to handle queries and concerns from English, Mandarin, and Putonghua speaking counterparts in regard with the translated documents related to matter
- Willing to work retail hours
