Job Description
  •  Attend to customer enquiries and handle customer feedback/complaints if needed
  •  Manage warehouse inventory (e.g. receiving stocks, no./SKU count, storage, outgoing stocks)
  •  Packaging of products to be delivered to customers
  • Assist customer walk-ins to collect their purchased products
  • Manage all paperwork related to the flow of products from receiving point to sending point
  • Use the knowledge and experience gained to improve on ILOVEDEALS's logistical process flow
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required
Job Requirements
  •  Interest in the daily deals/group buying industry/ecommerce in general
  •  Interested to work in a start-up environment
  •  Good communication, writing and telephone skills
  •  Proficient in the use of Internet/MS Office
  •  Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good attitude and customer skills
  •  Enthusiasm and a sense of ownership
