We're now looking for individuals to fill up the position of Account Manager for IMC Advisory Pte Ltd. at the Singapore Office. IMC is a cross-border advisory firm focusing on the AMEA (Asia, Middle East & Africa) markets. We specialize in Corporate Advisory Services, Global Mobility Services, Private Client & Family Advisory, International Tax, Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions and Business Support & Outsourcing Solutions.
Job Description
What will you be doing?
- Assist in Corporate Secretarial Work
- Handling Supply Chain & Trade Documentation for the clients
- Act as Nominee Director for Clients’ companies
- Liaise and coordinate with external authorities, including lawyer, ACRA, IRAS, MOM and other regulatory bodies
- Handle Client KYC and Onboarding Process
- Manage the Company’s payables & receivables
- RM for clients ensuring timely billing and collection of invoices
- Office Admin related assistance
What are we looking out for?
- At least 2+ years experience as an account manager, or similar role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Company secretarial experience in professional firms will be of advantage
- Fluent in English & Well Spoken/Written
- Social-First Mindset
- Extremely Detailed Oriented, Organized & Takes Initiatives
- Proficient with Social Media and Digital Platforms
