Imerys Asia Pacific Pte Ltd: Human Resources Internship
[Full-time internship 4-6 months starting Jan 2022]
We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities.
Job Description & Key Responsibilities:
Support APAC HR team in driving key HR initiatives/programs
Assist in the coordination all recruitment activities and manage the full onboarding process with newcomers
Compile and update employee records
Assist in Asia Pacific Training Plan management and implementation
Assist in cascading group communication and project information to HR network across Asia Pacific
Manage and update HR databases
Assist in monthly HR-related reports
Assist in data consolidation for key HR topics such as budget/manpower planning/smart cost initiatives
Take part in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Profile of Candidate:
Applicants with a BSc in Human Resources Management or similar field related will be preferred
Preferably with some related HR working experience
Organizational skills
Meticulous and comfortable dealing with numbers
Proficient in Google sheets/powerpoint
Able to commit 4 - 6 months
