Job Description

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks for roles in Singapore and the ANZ region.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and interns across multiple locations, including ANZ.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with regional regulations.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Help with the preparation of HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, letters, policies, and reports, tailored to SG and ANZ labor laws and practices.
  • Support the HR team in implementing policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with regional requirements.
  • Participate in regional and/or global HR projects, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives or talent development programs.
  • Conduct research on HR trends and best practices in Australia and New Zealand to support regional strategy development.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player.
  • Interest in regional HR practices, particularly in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Prior internship experience in HR is a plus but not mandatory.
