Job Description

The Digital Marketing Intern will be a candidate responsible for the implementing the overall vision and plans for social, web and media campaigns across IASG’s portfolio of businesses including developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing IASG’s digital marketing strategy across all digital channels. The Digital Marketing Intern should possess a strong work ethic, drive and a learning spirit. We are a highly collaborative team and passionate about building IASG’s reputation and outreach digitally. With the injection of youth, we hope for the Intern to help IASG realise its marketing relevance in this digital age.

The role will work closely with Management to plan, execute, manage and measure digital marketing campaigns aimed at driving reach, engagement, and leads generation. It requires a strong grasp of digital media platforms and strategies and the candidate should be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

The candidate must also be a creative storyteller capable of suggesting engaging and innovative content across various digital spheres including social platforms to connect with potential customers.


This is a new position, with the potential of employment upon graduation. It offers tremendous growth as it resides at the core of the organization’s ability to shape our digital marketing approach and define digital initiatives that fit the requirements of the markets.


Responsibilities

  • Assist to Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO/SEM, , marketing automation , CRM and Leads database, Google Adwords and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media platform presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Develop partnerships on behalf of the marketing team with all of the leading platforms in this space (I.E. - Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Snapchat, et al.)
  • Assist in Lead performance marketing planning in areas such as A/B testing, landing page optimisation, channel attribution and ROI measurement
  • Manage media and creative agencies and evaluate campaign efficiency, effectiveness and ROI using digital measurement tools
