Impactify is a profitable Ad Tech start-up specialized in digital advertising with the headquarters in Luxembourg. Launched by two insiders of the publishing industry, our company provides premium video ad formats which are currently used by numerous prestigious publishers (e.g. Slate, Cosmopolitan, Capital, Forbes) and well-known brands (e.g. Amazon, Coca Cola, Nike).     We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager whose primary focus would be to develop new businesses and advocate the power of our digital video advertising formats to key brands and agencies, mainly in the APAC markets. We’re looking for someone who has a strong knowledge of programmatic advertising, who is ideally well-connected with the major agencies and advertisers, or who is willing to prospect for new clients.

Job Description

In this role you will need to:

  • Develop, close, and scale a pipeline of successful advertiser accounts to increase revenue;

  • Grow advertising revenues by creating, maintaining, and sustaining relationships with dsps, agencies, trading desks, and other demand partners;

  • Generate new campaigns and oversee their execution, from defining proposals to ensuring that the campaigns launch in time and deliver according to clients’ KPIs;

  • Act as Impactify’s ambassador across the APAC market, promote our video format products and serve as a consultative partner providing first-class customer experience;

  • Work in close collaboration with our IT, AdOp & publisher teams from APAC and Europe;

  • Create new methods and strategies to achieve and exceed monthly/yearly quota;

  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of our formats and their capabilities as well as knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses of competitive products;

  • Attend networking events and trading shows to liaise with publishers and advertisers.
