We are looking for a Junior Accountant to support the company’s day to day finance operations. Our Junior Accountant will be responsible for managing the company’s account and ensuring smooth financial transaction.
Responsibilities:
- Management of company’s Account Receivable and Account Payable (Insurance, Rental and Miscellaneous Payments)
- Handle monthly payroll duties
- Processing and issuing invoices to clients via Xero Accounting Software
- Ensure outstanding payment are collected timely and accurately
- Assist in processing staffs’ claims submission
Requirements:
- STRICTLY Singaporean or PR holder only
- Minimum 1-year experience in related position
- Familiar with Xero Accounting Software
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Possesses self-initiative, hardworking and responsible
- Meticulous, cheerful disposition with a positive working attitude
- Able to work smart in an extremely fast-paced environment
