Job Description
- Assist the team in formulating, coordinating and implementing exceptional events in order to enhance members image and increase profitability, in which events are not limited to in-person or virtual events
- Ensure the best attendee experience from pre-event to post-event
- Produce and maintain a timeline for each event, ensuring that the onsite and online event runs to schedule and deadlines are met
- Liaise with the venues to ensure that all set up, catering and numbers are as required and in line with the budget spend
- Other ad hoc duties as agreed
- Open for SG
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders of internal and external organization
- A positive and friendly manner, with a strong service orientation, high degree of flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure
- Demonstrate superior customer service to all clients
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
