Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file statutory documents for the company, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations set by ACRA in Singapore.
  • Assist in arranging and coordinating board meetings, shareholder meetings, and prepare meeting minutes and resolutions to ensure transparency and compliance in corporate governance.
  • Maintain and update statutory records, including company registration information, director and shareholder details, and shareholding changes.
  • Handle the submission of annual returns, financial statements, tax filings, and registration changes to ACRA in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth internal communication and support daily operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Possession of a university degree, preferably in accounting, corporate secretarial studies, or a related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in company secretarial work, with a solid understanding of Singapore company laws and ACRA requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively communicating with clients and teams in both English and Chinese.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive, able to work independently, and well-integrated into a team.
