Join our team as - Admin Executive/ Assistant
Salary Range: $1800 to $2300
Working Timing: Mon-Sat: 11:00am to 7:00pm, Off on Sunday & PH
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all logistic arrangements (pickup and delivery) between store outlets and 3rd party providers on a daily basis
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, 3rd party providers and customers on repairs and quotations
- Attend to walk-in enquiries as and when required
- Understand and review customer’s feedback to determine details of the faults with the devices within the guidelines of Warranty Coverage
- Perform functionality checks on incoming/outgoing of devices/products
- Update all information and details updated into the Company’s computer system logs
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by Superior
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Professional Certificate in Business/ Operations management/ IT or any related field
- Proficient in MS Office
- Minimum 1 year of Administrative experience
- Basic computer hardware and software knowledge would be an added advantage
- Able to converse well in English and Mandarin as this role needs to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers frequently.
