This intern will support the HR department on a day-to-day basis with recruitment efforts and general HR administration. You will be given plenty of learning opportunities in our organization.
Intern Responsibilities:
- Handle various job portals;
- Screening candidate for suitable matching of job;
- Liaise with internal department on manpower requirements;
- Process and prepare new hire paperwork which includes data entry and filing; and
- Other ad-hoc duties apply.
Qualification:
- Must be a current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related area of study;
- Strong ability to communicate professionally and effectively at all level of the organization;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task; and
- Excellent organizational skills to meet priorities and deadlines.
