Job Description
Requirements:
- A legal trainee / JD or LLB student.
- A highly organized, curious and motivated person able to prioritize workloads.
- A professional willing to learn, research and expand his/her knowledge in various legal areas (i.e., interest to work in and/or learn on different areas such as commercial contracts, trusts, trade finance, securities, insurance, brokerage industry, international sales, incoterms, data protection, compliance and anti-corruption).
- Comfortable to work in a dynamic and international environment.
- Excellent social skills and willing to work as a fellow team member.
Missions (among others) :
Research and complete legal tasks and projects related to various aspects in connection with the company’s expansion and the provision of services in various jurisdictions.
Languages: English fluent, mandarin and/or other languages, very useful and strongly desirable.
