Indopro Office Solutions – Digital Account & Operations Assistant (Internship)

IndoPro has recently created a new business startup (QJump!) to support food and beverage businesses with their operations and customer management, via various platforms and through its social application and customer analytics. This new startup will plan to expand regionally once setting its footprint in Singapore's F&B setting.

We are looking for an intern(s) to be a part of an interesting startup journey. There will be a lot of roles for you to learn from and we can offer you experience in all aspects of the company and plenty opportunities for you to hone your soft and hard skills. The possibility is endless, yet it is not a walk in the park.

Responsibilities

Assist in identifying opportunities in social trends in F&B setting.

Assist in analyzing customer and business data performance.

Assist in business  presentations, meetings, campaigns, events, etc.

Assist in account management and administrative duties.

Assist in sales, marketing and creation of campaign/advertisements.

Assist in updates & development of creative contents on digital platforms

Requirements

Can-do attitude, well-presented, proactive, resourceful and outgoing.

Willing to learn from the ground and experience startup life.

IT knowledge towards different media, especially web and app.

Preferrably with knowledge on Illustrator, Corel Draw and Photoshop.

Able to work independently and under pressure.

Strong presentation skills;

Minimum period of 3 months on a full time basis;

Bilingual.

Poly/Uni students are welcome.
