Job Description
  • Assist in the day to day administrative work and operations of the Facilities Department.
  • To source and requisite necessary equipment and inventories needed for each site.
  • Receive all incoming calls/ enquiries related to facilities issues.
  • Prepare all relevant quotations related to facilities services.
  • Keep all records of quotations in proper files.
  • Handle all office equipment.
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
