The firm is looking to expand to Vietnam. The assistant project director will work on assessing the feasibility of holding Asia IoT Business Platform in Vietnam.

Responsibilities:
· Conduct Industry Research via Primary and Secondary means to identify successful case studies and delegates.
Pre-event and onsite communication with delegates
· Relationship building with key stakeholders
· Air and ground travel arrangements
· Negotiate agreements with external vendors
· Work closely with Project Director to formulate targeted communications and marketing strategy for each conference
· Maintain and develop new data gathering, data management and campaign tracking processes to improve the efficiency of the marketing and sales operations
· Take the lead, working with editorial colleagues and the Conference Producer, on exploiting the potential of social media to drive awareness our events, and generate sales/sales leads.
