The Conference Production intern is a multi-faceted role that will assist the Conference Producer/Project Manager in successfully delivering the conference.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating/producing the Conference agenda
• Assist in speaker acquisition
• Update and maintain Conference Agenda
• Develops and executes content creation for PR and marketing collaterals to drive sales
• Works collaboratively with various parties – colleagues in other business divisions, third party vendors – to formulate targeted communications and marketing strategy for each conference
• Take the lead on realising the potential of social media to drive awareness our events, and generate sales/sales leads.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:

• Confident and articulate, comfortable speaking on the phone
• Excellent written and spoken English (a second language, Vietnamese, Burmese, Thai, Japanese, Korean, will be favorable)
