The firm is looking to add an Intern to our team for who will work on expanding the number of events.

Job Description

Is your passion in technology? Are you up to date with the latest technology trends? Do you have a view on where the technology market is heading? Do you want to meet with technology leaders in the region?

The project management intern will have a multi-faceted role which will encompass sales, marketing, events/operational and people management experience.

Responsibilities:

 Research into new topics and assess commercial viability of new conference topics

     Work closely with Project Manager to formulate targetted communications and marketing strategy for each conference

 Maintain and develop new data gathering, data management and campaign tracking processes to improve the efficiency of the marketing and sales operations

Take the lead, working with editorial colleagues and the International Conference Producer, on exploiting the potential of social media to drive awareness our events, and generate sales/sales leads.

    Pre-event and onsite communication with delegates

 Relationship building with key stakeholders

 Air and ground travel arrangements

 Negotiate agreements with external vendors

Requirements:

 Team Player

 Ambitious and creative marketer with strong communication skills. Willing to develop sales skills

 Excellent database management skills

 Strong skills and a high degree of interest in digital marketing and social media

 Excellent organizational skills
