The firm’s flagship event, Asia Nuclear Business Platform,will be held for the third year at Hong Kong in April 2015, which will be attended by global nuclear stakeholders. We are currently in the planning stages of building the brand and are looking to expand into several markets in 2015.

The firm is looking to add a Conference Sales Intern to our team, who will work on the following events:

Asia M2M/IOT Business Platform 2015

- Thailand Edition - May 2015

- Indonesia Edition - Aug 2015

- Malaysia Edition - Nov 2015

Job Description

Responsibilities:

 Sell sponsorship, exhibition, delegate packages

 Manage a portfolio of events across a variety of industry sectors

 Research and prospect for potential clients.

 Pre-event and onsite communication with potential delegates, exhibitors and sponsors to deliver quality customer service and ensure success of the events

 Relationship building with key stakeholders

 Work closely with Project Manager to formulate targetted communications and marketing strategy for each conference

 Maintain and develop new data gathering, data management and campaign tracking processes to improve the efficiency of the marketing and sales

 Take the lead, working with editorial colleagues and the International Conference Producer, on exploiting the potential of social media to drive awareness our events, and generate sales/sales leads.

Requirements:

 Team player and self motivated

 Confident, articulate and ambitious personality

 Knowledge of sales methods and processes is an advantage
