- Manage the company's e-commerce platforms
- Liaison with online resellers for ordering needs
- Replying to customer’s enquiry on platform's chats / emails
- Parcel packing
- Ensure items are picked in accordance to the packing list
- All items are packed properly and securely to avoid any damage during the delivery process
- Coordinate with customer service on delivery that we need to do in-house for customers
- Updating of online portal – change of shipping mode, collection and new launches / products
- Preparing of images and artwork that is required for uploading to the sites
- Uploading of new products into the portal and up keeping of the page
- Ensure stock quantities are up to date for all pages to avoid any OOS issue, penalty may occur for items that are not sent out / picked.
