Job Description

1. Know how on project planning, elements and behaviors on project.


2. Understand main steps for Backend Process from Incoming to the end of the Test process.


3.Process improvements will be accomplished through identification of the key parameters and then working to control and reduce the variation.


4.Supporting and improving key process improvement efforts with clear communication and solid recommendations based on data.


5.Workout proposals with engineers for improvement. Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.


6.Basic statistic knowledge. Effectively describes the process and value-added benefits of the SPC implementation process to end user. Consider project requirement requests into key milestone.


7. Prepare and provide Ad-hoc reporting and analysis metrics and reporting for project management review. Continuously review current project status trends and user feedback to anticipate future requirement and consistently meets assigned deadlines to ensure key user satisfaction.

Familiar with hand on in Microsoft Office (Macro & Chart Plotting, ppt). Understand the Statistic topic. Good in analytical skill. Good in project planning & communication/presentation skill.
