As a Business Development Intern at iAM, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to the growth and success of our business. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in business development, strategic planning, and client relationship management.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Market Research:** Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive analysis.
2. **Lead Generation:** Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and outreach.
3. **Client Communication:** Collaborate with the business development team to draft and send engaging communications to clients, responding to inquiries, and scheduling meetings.
4. **Sales Support:** Provide support in the development of sales presentations, proposals, and other materials as needed.
5. **Database Management:** Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and current information.
6. **Networking:** Attend industry events, webinars, and networking sessions to build relationships and contribute to business development efforts.
7. **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
**Qualifications:**
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Diploma program in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent research and analytical abilities.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is a plus.
