Informed Talent is a locally based Singapore start-up with aspirations to provide and improve engagement interactions between students and employers. Launching in a matter of weeks we are now looking for Interns to join us on this exciting journey.
We want to work with a diverse and eclectic mix of students that represent the student population of Singapore. Place of study, course and year doesn’t matter. If you are studying engineering, business or medicine in your first or final year, we want to hear from you. Start-up Internship: All-rounder: Operations, Marketing, Business Development, Project Management, HR Tech
Here is your opportunity to experience a start-up, shape it, evolve it and have a voice. Informed Talent is all about students (talent) and employers, therefore you are crucial in making us a success. Work somewhere where you will have a voice, implement your own ideas and see the impact you can have.
We are looking to hire at least two students from each university in Singapore. Studies come first, so please let us know what time commitments you can make, let us know if you able to come onboard part time (P/T) 5- 7 hours a week or full time (F/T). You will be involved in:
- Student marketing: planning, design and execution
- Student relations
- Website and portal testing and development
- Community management
- Process mapping
- Project management

Informed Talent provides a digital platform that enables employers and students to focus on what is truly important – real engagement. Informed Talent is designed to support the much-needed evolution of the campus recruitment marketing model. Enabling students (talent) to engage with employers in a more real-time setting, addressing real-time concerns, questions and topics to help inform talent during their career decision making process throughout the year.
Talent will be able to engage with employers in a more immediate way, gone are the days of having to wait for a physical event or the interview to have your first interaction with a potential employer. Chat to employers via our chat module, leave comments and questions for them on the engagement wall and answer their surveys to help employers better understand you. Talent also have the ability to do all of this anonymously, opening up doors that otherwise may have felt closed. All balanced out with the opportunity to redeem points against physical engagement opportunities with employers, coaches and other professionals.
