Job Title: HR Intern

Job Level: Internship

Department: HR Department

Location: Kramat Lane, Singapore

Allowance: $1,000/month

Working days: 5 days a week

Overall Job Objectives: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our HR team. The intern will provide support across various HR functions, including employee engagement, training, and administrative tasks. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and develop essential skills for a career in human resources.


THE JOB:

  • Support the onboarding process by preparing documents and arranging orientation sessions.
  • Ensure new hires complete necessary paperwork and are introduced to company policies.
  • Update and maintenance of the staff personnel files
  • Assist in preparation in Payroll
  • Assist in granting consolidated documents
  • Support and make recommendation to HR processes and practices
  • Prepare and present key metric reports for the Global HR Team and the Leadership Team


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong in project management and communication skill
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A pro-active individual with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Able to commit for 6 months for optimal development programme

  • Well-organized candidate records and a streamlined recruitment process.
  • Smooth onboarding experience for new hires with completed documentation.
  • Accurate and updated employee records in HR systems.
  • Successful execution of employee engagement activities and events.
  • Comprehensive tracking of employee training progress.
  • Timely support in ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Contributions to special HR projects, providing actionable insights or solutions.
