INITIA Group SG – Public Relations (PR) Interns

JOB OVERVIEW:

• Support the public relations manager in implementing the company’s Public relations strategy;
• Build relationships with KOLs and media;
• Giving input on marketing initiatives and suggesting creative ways to improve the company’s public image;
• Conduct research to extract key findings, provide analysis, summarize findings and prepare insight reports;
• Monitor KOL and media coverage on events and media releases that were issued;
• Updating media lists;
• Support the public relations and marketing team in daily administrative tasks;
• Provide general administrative support to the company;
• Any other assigned ad-hoc duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Min. Diploma/Degree in Public Relations, Marketing Management, Marketing Communications and Digital Marketing, or any other relevant qualifications;
• Excellent understanding of various social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, and Google applications;
• Excellent command of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Leadership and organizational abilities;
• Comfortable with public speaking and engaging with customers;
• Committed and meticulous with a good eye for details;
• Proficiency in Korean will be an advantage, but not required;
• 6 months commitment
