INKGOT Pte Ltd – Social Media Marketing Intern

We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic self-starter to join us as a marketing intern, specialising in digital and social media marketing. They will be given opportunities to work for clients across various industries and sectors, including one of the biggest US-based blue-chip technology brands.

This position is suited for anyone interested in digital, field and content marketing or students looking to boost their professional skill sets. We hire for personality and experience and are happy to train and mentor the right candidate.

Primary Role & Responsibilities

• Support the Client Success teams on daily client-servicing activities including responding to client queries, attending to client requests, social media issues/crisis monitoring, sentiment tracking, and strategy research
• Manage assigned client projects with direction and coaching from the Account Director/Manager
• Interface with the Creative team on client requests, ensuring deliverables are timely, on-budget, and high-quality
• Manage social media channels and editorial calendars, including daily refreshes, content curation, publishing, and reporting 
• Contribute to the development of social media marketing, paid digital marketing, email marketing, and event marketing campaigns
• Contribute to marketing asset creation including PowerPoint presentations and digital marketing banners

Essential Requirements

• Interest and eagerness to learn digital, field, and content marketing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills
• Outstanding multitasking skills and healthy respect for deadlines
• Commitment to high levels of client service delivery

Preferred Requirements

• Proficiency in visual design applications such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
• Familiarity with major social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
• Copywriting skills
